These terms govern your use of the Beremi Scholar Transport website at https://beremi.co.za. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These website terms are separate from any transport service agreement, which is provided when you register a learner with us.

Who we are

This website is operated by Beremi Scholar Transport, a scholar transport provider based in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa. You can reach us at beremi.trans86@gmail.com or on 064 887 3715.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt how it works, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Information on the site

The content on this site, including our routes, service areas, the schools we serve, and any pricing or rewards mentioned, is provided for general information and may change without notice. The exact availability and price for your child are confirmed with you directly when you enquire or register. We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors.

Transport services

Our scholar transport services are governed by a separate registration and service agreement that you enter into when you enrol a learner. Nothing on this website forms a transport contract on its own. Where these website terms and your signed service agreement differ, the service agreement applies to the transport service itself.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the Beremi name and branding, belongs to Beremi Scholar Transport or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Links to other services

The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or email. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those services.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As far as the law allows, Beremi Scholar Transport is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from relying on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
